Terms & Conditions
1. Object
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between CARPACA, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller," and any natural or legal person making a purchase on the website www.carpaca.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer." These conditions apply to the exclusion of any other conditions, except for prior, express, and written agreement between the parties.
2. Products
The products offered for sale by the Seller are presented on the website www.carpaca.com. The main characteristics of the products are indicated on the presentation page of each product. The Customer is required to carefully read these characteristics before placing an order.
3. Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in Swiss Francs, all taxes included (VAT), excluding delivery charges. The total amount of the order, including delivery charges, is specified at the time of order validation by the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration.
4. Order
The Customer places their order online via the website www.carpaca.com. To place an order, the Customer must create an account and fill out the online order form by providing the necessary billing and delivery information. The order will only be considered final upon confirmation of payment.
5. Payment
Payment for purchases is made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other secure payment method offered on the website. Payment is due immediately at the time of ordering. In case of non-payment, the Seller reserves the right to refuse to honor the order.
6. Delivery
The ordered products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the order process. Delivery times are indicated on the website and may vary depending on the destination and availability of the products. The Seller undertakes to inform the Customer of any possible delays in delivery.
7. Warranty
All products sold by the Seller benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
8. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages caused by the use of the products sold.
9. Personal Data
The Seller undertakes to protect the privacy of its Customers. The personal data collected during the order process will only be used within the framework of the commercial relationship between the Seller and the Customer and will not be transmitted to third parties under any circumstances.
10. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the Seller's registered office.
11. Applicable Law
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to Swiss law.
